Default What's Your Favourite Card In Your Wallet?

Odd question but I heard this on a radio talk show this am....I'm curious to see what kind of responses we get in this thread.

For me it's kind of a toss up between two:

My library card. Allows me access to info for free be it the use of their computers/internet or media which I can borrow at my leisure

Coming in second: both my bank & credit card - only reason being they're by the same company AND they offer points whenever any of their services are used - they're all linked. The accumulated points can be redeemed for anything any of their family of chains sell from grocery to hba to housewares/decor & clothing. I only LOVE this card b/c I have over $250 racked up in points waiting to be redeemed as needed.

So, what's your fave card in your wallet?

My library card and my visa card. I never use my visa but it is comforting to know that it is there in case of an emergency when I can't access my bank.

    debit card.

if i were to lose my drivers license, i can pay for a replacement. if i get a ticket while driving without it, i can pay for the ticket. if i lose my library card, i can pay for a new one (obviously while on my way to get a new drivers license)
i can't spend any more than i have like i can with my visa.
while i was tempted to say insurance card, i think the same rule applies.... i can still have insurance without having the card handy - so the card itsself is just to make it easy. without the debit card, i'd be limited to the brick and mortar bank hours -

was i supposed to give it this much thought?

My favorite card isn't one that gets me access to anything... it is a picture of Diva that was made out of thick plastic the exact size of a Credit card.

It reminds me that everything else in life is replaceable.
I can't be out of money... I still have checks left!

I might have said my library card, but after my Kindle splurge, I have so much free and almost free reading downloaded I seldom use the library at all now. I still use it for interlibary loan requests since I'm too cheap to buy current things, with a few special exceptions, for the Kndle.

It would have to be my Visa. No balance carried so no interest, convenient to use, shopping with no cash to lose, and occasionally I get a $50 reward check in the mail.

My debit card...allows quick access to money & I don't have to write checks. Then, my Wesco Rewards, AARP and OfficeMax Rewards cards...cuz they save me money.

My Shoppers Drug Mart optimum card. I get hundreds of dollars in rewards every year. I'm crazy in love with it.
