I have both the WiiFit and the WiiFitPlus (upgraded for my b-day). I have done everything I think, but my favorites are the skateboarding, marching band, obstacle course, and island cycling...oh, and the advanced step. It makes exercising tolerable in my opinion.

I own the WiiFit Plus & I havent been on it in a while. I love the Yoga poses and the Hula Hooping, even though the Hula Hooping is taking my of my energy then anything else on the game. Its really worth it. I have my graduation in may and would like to go from 150 to 135 by my graduation, but I cant stand not having a mountain dew in the morning, Im thinking about using it as punishment to myself for overdoing the eating and drinking dew. lol Any one have any other games for the Wii Fit that would be like a punishment but effective way to lose weight? I had the My Fitness Coach but I feel like Im cheating on my wiifit lol .

we have the wii fit and we got the EA sports active thing. It's nice to have different activities to do, but I too have found i need to do it in the morning as soon as kids are off to school.
I may start trying to do a workout after i get the kids up in the morning. Whenever it warms up, I can start walking in the morning after dropping my nephew off at school.
What does the wii fit plus have the that wii fit doesn't? different games and different yoga poses?wife to carl

kotacakes, I'm not sure that exercise as a punishment is the way to go. How about rewarding yourself for doing the exercise?
I'd rather you skip the Mountain Dew, but if you aren't at that point, yet, then how about only having the Mt. Dew as a reward for doing the exercise first? My Blog: http://amysreallife.wordpress.com

I just got my Wii a few weeks ago and love it. I finally have an exercise regimen that I actually look forward to doing. I love the hula hoop, island running, and strength training. I haven't tried everything yet but I am getting there. For me this was a God Send.

My favorites are the steps. Do them over and over and put in some big arm movements to add some more cardio. I'm terrible on the balance ones. I also use the Sports active. It's pretty good except for the running part. Takes my breath away very easy.
