Smile Update -- Imagine and the Horrible no good very bad day

My day was better by yesterday evening.

By the time Hubby came home with his iced over glasses. The pipes had unfroze and the washer was working. (I was able to get the towels and shower curtain load washed) Hubby praised me for how well I had handled the situation. Hubby came home with a present for the youngest ( a hat that a lady had received as a Christmas present but it ended up being girl size so she passed it on to my daughter who was thrilled.) the oldest got to stay up late with his Dad which he loved. So they both got a treat. I went to bed early and enjoyed the still fairly new sheets that arrived a few days ago. Super warm flannel really get the chill out of your bones.

Today (Saturday) the temps were no longer as far into the in negative double digits and the wind had died down so the wind chill wasn't so bad. Still in the negatives all around but better. Youngest and I got to head to a birthday party she was invited to (that is a story in and of itself). I watched a girl movie after the party (recorded from tv) and cried and cried and cried. Very therapeutic. So in all, the day wasn't perfect but it wasn't a Horrible no good day very bad day either. And that is a major improvment.

Imagine - mahalo for checking back in with us - I was concerned!! Lots of good things did happen - probably the best thing was crying after the movie!! Take care.
Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

It was one of those movies where you cry all the way through it.

Imagine, I am so glad your day got better. Here's a big hug for you and wishes that you don't have anymore bad days like that! I think I read the book Saving Sarah Cain if it was by Beverly Lewis. Was the movie about Amish people?

Yes, it was. I believe it was based on the Beverly Lewis book The Redemption of Sarah Cain I haven't read then book so I don't know how close or loose it was based on the book.
