Default Late christmas gift from stepmom.

On sunday Jason knowticed a box that was on the ground. In it was clothes and shoes for Merrick and a gift card for me to walmart. I just found the card a hour ago. I decided to get a kitchen scale to help us measure out what we would need for dinner and a food dehydrator. I am more excited about the food dehydrator because we will be able to spend less on some herbs, spices, fruit and vegetables. Both will get here in a couple of weeks. Hopefully we can get a good garden going because I know what I want to plant herb/spice wise.

I'm going to dehydrate some garlic that is in the deep freezer, some of the canned stuff we have (carrots, potatoes, peas and maybe some of the canned tomatoes). After I placed the order with Walmart I went onto amazon and put whatever dehydrating books I could find in my wishlist. So hopefully either on my birthday or next christmas I will get one of the books.
