I just made the most yummy herbed baked eggs!
I broiled heavy cream and butter for 3 mins
took it out of the oven and poured 3 cracked eggs in the hot cream
SPrinkled to top with Parmesan cheese and herb de provence
put it back in the oven for 4.5 mins
It was awesome!

The longer you let them sit (when the come out of the oven) the yolks becomes hard. I scoop mine out of the vessel asap when I get them out of the oven.. I love a soft egg with a runny center =D
