Alli weight loss proram
Does anyone use the Alli weight loss pill? It is supposed to help your body cut fat intake. I took my first pill last night and another one at lunch today. I am a little wary of diet pills and have never tried one. I am trying to eat healthier and exercise with my Wii Fit program.

Any time you block fat that you eat it has to go somewhere. The advantage to fat blockers is it forces you to reduce your fat intake so you aren't on the toilet all day long.
That being said, I haven't tried it, how is it going?Jeanne

So far so good. I have been eating pretty low fat, but carbs are my main problem.
2nd Gen- I'm not sure what Xenical is, I'll have to look it up.
I never did try diet pills before because I figured they were a temporary fix anyway. I'm not real sure about all of this and may or may not continue.....Truck paid off 12/07(paid in full)

I have used it and need to get back into it again.
It did help because it made me think of what i was putting into my mouth
Yes in some people it can cause diarrehi ( sp?)

A few of my friends took it for a while. They pooped all the time and always had bad gas
Good luck with it though, I am sure that happens with just some people.

Well, so far I am bloated....I only took one yesterday and one today. I am not sure 100% if I want to do this. The side effects sound unpleasant.

I took them when they first came out. No problems but didn't really see the point, just eat less fat.

i havent used either. but probably should!!! lol
a friend who did take it had the poop, gas issue...she said sometimes she could barely make it to the potty....

I thought about using it and asked my mother about it. She's a pharmacy tech so she asked the pharmacist she works with. He said that wouldn't reccomend any weight loss / diet pills because they are all bad for you in some way or another. And that most of the time the side effects outweigh the benefits.

I've heard all the same things about the digestive issues. I would stay far, far away. You don't want to get stuck away from the potty and having to go...with Alli, I've heard that's what happens.

I'm a Fat Flush fan myself. No gimmicks just a healthy way of eating. Pills are too scary!
