    Default computers got worms can you help me?

    my computer is a dell has vista on it
    i tried calling dell they want 130.00 to help me after i wasted 60 minutes of cell time on them

    i have a blasterworm. computer does dcom server process launcher terminated unexpectantly. and now something about the plug and play..computer stays up somewhere around 10-30 minutes

    i have run

    avg
    aro
    ant malware
    and i am now running
    Microsoft® Windows® Malicious Software Removal Tool (KB890830)

    computer is shutting down
    that last one is not finding anything wrong on the quick scan and the comp wont stay on long enough for the full

    I reccommend going to the forums at Avast! It's under the support button. They (on the forum) are a big help and Avast! is a free virus protection. the website is avast . com
