I think my problem with Jostens [ame="http://www.frugalvillage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=127690"]Sometimes I just want - Frugal Village Forums[/ame]
has FINALLY been solved! I called the number that the person left in response to that post and spoke to a very nice woman who is allowing me to order what I want at the original prices! FINALLY someone who will listen and do what is necessary to solve this problem(I hope)!
I waited until this morning to see if I heard from the local rep or his manager and nope, nada, nothing. Guess he doesn't give a crap that he could lose a customer not just with this order but with a future order when my ds is a senior.

Awesome! Good on Jostens for having CS reps that do that much work for their customers.
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"
