In a pissed off mood
I don't know why!!! Seriously. im just not in a good mood today. On edge about everything. Started last night after eating Long john silvers. My daughter and i went and had fantastic brunch, I had a large salad, my own dressing. Everything was fresh, that was around 11am, last night around 6 i was getting really light headed and i was still 45 minutes from home. I stopped through the drive through and got 1 pc of fish. By the time i got home. I was a hot mess. Came in showered and went to bed. I woke up angry. The only thing i can think of is the fsh i ate. I wasn't sick, but my pancreas was hurting which triggers the fustration to kick in. Today im just nervous, snippity. screw everyone attitude. Thanks for letting me Vent. It's all the chemicals in the foods. My body was cleaned from eating very healthy NO JUNK. no preservetives. Then ate the pc of fish!!! Crawling in a hole!

In one of my alt med books it says to take a little baking soda for reactions like this. We take about 1/4 t of baking soda in a little bathroom cup of water.

I will try it. Its almost feels like a chemical reaction. I'm even itchy today.. I swear fast food is killing people!!If you don't kill yourself from the foods someone that just ate that Big mac will kill you just because of fustration.....

read "Animal, Vegetable, Miracle" by Barbara Kingsolver, or "Fast Food Nation" or "Omnivores Dilemma"
this is exactly why I very rarely eat meat...and NEVER if I can't trace it's source!
People don't think enough about where the food we put in our bodies comes from...as long as it tastes good! Then we waste all kinds of money on weight-loss stuff and health issues that can be avoided by eating what your body actually wants, REAL FOOD!

Im starting to feel better now. Did the baking soda and water drink. Lots of burping and beltching, been flushing my body with water all day. So thats helping. To me that tasty big mac or Long Johns is not so good, when it makes you feel like this just not worth it!!

Funny, fish doesn't do that to me...we catch alot of it and eat it all the time but a Big Mac will. I hope you start feeling better soon!

I can honestly say that I have never had or eaten a Big Mac! The thought of one really makes me gag! I hate McD's.

nana, you need to start bringing something for just that sort of thing. a small bag of gorp, or some nuts, or something. oh and a water bottle. I always have a Luna bar in my bag and a water canteen. That way when I'm feeling like you did, and I'm still on the way home, I just eat those and I'm good till home.
Hope ya feel better.
this reminds me....I need to make some more gorp lol I have some currants and dried cranberries for in it this time
