Since August I have been working from home and was just wondering how many others do it.
My only issues is now I truly never leave work!

I do but I don't get paid.

What do you do?
I wonder how much those people get paid that work for Chacha answering questions.

Chacha is someone you text to ask any question and supposively they have some special search engine and text you back your answer pretty fast.
My daughter uses it all the time and I think they work from home. Maybe like 3 cents per answer type of thing.

I have worked from home for some time now. In the beginning I worked for businesses. Since 2003 I have worked for myself. I sell online - my own website, Bonanzle, Amazon, eBay.
You have to learn to separate work and home time. I don't have a problem with it, but I have read that it is difficult for many people.
Do you have set work hours and duties? If so, that would make it much easier to separate.

I am a self employed hairdresser with a shop in my home for the last 15 yrs, but in the business for 25....wouldn't trade it for anything, well, except maybe my own bakery/coffee shop/ bookstore....that is my dream , but won't be happening...anyway..this has worked out wonderfully with raising my 2 daughters...

I work for ChaCha. A couple a weeks ago we got a decrease in pay. We make $.02 per question. New guides make points and find out a month later how much they make.
I only did it enough to get $100 so I would get paid. They only pay out once a month on direct deposit and you have to have $100. Since dh is disability I have been working more. I worked almost non-stop last month and only made $600.00.
You definitely won't get rich doing it.~Non-Mortgage Debt: $2,440.95~

My DH does and at first it was tough not to bug him but we are used to it now. His office is downstairs. I always worry that the teens will be too loud. The upside is I used to worry about icey weather travel, we save lots on gas,the co. pays for part of the internet and DH's work clothes and dry cleaning last a lot longer. The downside is a huge electric bill and feeling like i can't vaccumn and such. At least he is not on the same level. That would be stressful because he tends to be a bit loud on the phone.

We are self-employeed...work out of our home, but we are carpet cleaners, so we don't "stay at home" for all parts of our business.
