    Default Please keep My daughter in your thoughts

    For those that are not following me on why i have my grandsons for the next 9 days . It's because my daughter is meeting her biological dad for the first time, she is flying to California, she will stay with her Uncle Joe. It's been 24 years.She is excited to meet the family. Her Bio dad told his family that she wasn't his even after paternity when she was 8 . We moved 3000 miles away from Ca. But he never ever contacted her.But the family has welcomed Her with open arms. She has made it very clear to the family, that she does not love him nor like him. But willing to to meet. As the the last weeks have been a emotional one for her and I both, she is now going with a open heart and mind. She says she will meet him, But for him not exspect him to drop to her knee's. She said the past is just that, The past! But it's hard to love someone or ever like when they know you have been around for 24 years, but never decided to make contact. So please keep her in thoughts and prayers, she is soooo nervous and scared of the unknown!

    I hope all goes well. I went through the same thing with my dad. He was never there when I was growing up and met him when I was 16 and now(38yrs old) it is a battle with myself if I want a relationship with him or not.
