    Default My dd.......

    got into the university of her choice! We got the letter today. She is trying to decide between this university (2 1/2 hours from us) and a local community college. I think she will decide to go to the community college but I encouraged her to apply at several different colleges. The final decision will be up to her!

    I am so proud of her! She has worked so hard in school to graduate with honors in May and is such a good kid!

    Terrific news! I'm so glad for her, and for you.

    Both of my kids were about 2-1/2 hrs from home, also, and that was perfect.

    Yay!! My dd chose community college for economic reasons. They are closer, less expensive, and she can always continue the last to years at a 4yr should she choose to later.

    That is what she is thinking too. she can still live at home with us, have her own room, work her part time job, and all of her college expenses will be paid for with scholarships
