picking only 1 tv station forever....
what if you could only get 1 station on the tv everytime you turned it on for the rest of your life....what would your choice be....(can be network or cable) but ONLY ONE...!!!!!
i would really be torn between having to choose either TLC, Discovery or History...but in the end i think i could live with discovery.....they have a pretty good variety most of the time while history can be hit or miss and TLC can tend to get heavy on the fashion & home shows...(which some i would miss terribly)....
and p.s. you don't have to choose a 24 hr news channel so that you can stay informed...i am exempting those...this is strictly for 'entertainment value' (though news channels can get pretty entertaining at times....).....

I think I would pick Investigation Discovery. It has shows like 48 Hours Hard Evidence, etc. and I like those. Plus if I could still have a 24 hour news channel I'd get HLN and it has news, Nancy Grace, etc.

Well, looking at the shows I have on my DVR, I'd have to say probably Animal Planet. That is the channel that hosts about 80% of what I have recorded!
If not that, then the Chiller channel, because I like horror movies.

We do not have cable so we are limited to the basics. I would have to say NBC because I like the local weatherman and we have it on that channel most often (which is not much).

We have a local channel called retro tv, it's all these old throw back shows (wholesome TV, no lewd behavior, excessive violence. Shows you would never worry about your kids watching) that is what is on most of the time around here, so I'll say that, but oh how I'd miss my Korean dramas, I'd have to find them online to watch.

PBS for sure!! Right now we aren't able to get it on our antenna (we live in the boonies). When we traveled and had satellite TV we got PBS from both New York and L.A. I miss it.
