    Default Remember that other board......

    that I mentioned posting on. I am SO done with it. I just don't understand why there have to be people who just want to be nasty to others. People who can't just answer a fun question, but instead have to pick the post apart and be nasty.

    I am so tired of people being nasty to me so I'm done. Well I was done after I had my say LOL.

    I just want to chat and be friendly and have fun and share info. I don't need anyone to be nasty to me or tell me how to live my life, etc.

    I'm just gonna stay here and nowhere else and be happy!

    I just don't get it I guess. I feel kind of sorry for those people. What a sad life they must lead to have nothing better to do than troll message boards looking for a reason to be nasty! But at the same time, don't be nasty with me!

    There are no other boards.lol I seriously can't find ANYTHING that comes close to the spirit here. There are tiffs but no one gets too awful. I think that everyone goes out of their way to help each other. Forget them. Stay w/ us.!!!

    I here ya on that one. I have left one board because of the mean people there. It's nice to be able to post ideas or thoughts and have others comment in a positive way. I can take criticism just not nastiness. Glad your here also.

    i think sometimes people just don't think about what they type before they hit send and how it could impact people. I have seen some pretty negative and judgmental posts on the simple living network and they are supposed to be about community. i still read their forums but i hate the negative stuff.

    Sorry about your experiences on that other board - why would anyone want to participate in something like that?

    Feel really blessed since this is the first board I found and been a part of - no need or desire to go anywhere else!!

    I guess I should say that I wasn't planning to leave this board for that one! I was just going to participate in both. But they can have that one!

    The person did apologize to me later in one of those 'I'm sorry, BUT" posts. Never mind! She has posted before bragging about how she is the "thread killer" so I assume she gets some kind of thrill out of being nasty to people.

    I have two teenagers, I can get all the nasty I want right here at home LOL. (and my kids are great! But they can have those teenager moments at times!)
