    Smile Dh is coming home..

    He's sick and calling in to work tonight. He's had a little cold but he called me yesterday and told me he was worse and had a fever now too. Said he was going to call in last night but he hoped to be able to go tonight. Then he called about half an hour ago and said he's coming home. He feels miserable and he isn't going tonight either. You know he's sick if he calls in! He might call in sick 2 times in 5 years. He's the one who stays away from his family for days on end to get to work when he could just get stuck here and call in!

    Can I just say here that I HATE it when he's sick? I love this man with all my heart. He is my soul mate and I can't imagine my life without him. But he is such a freakin whinny baby when he is sick! He will cough, and then moan like he's on death's door. EVERY SINGLE time he coughs LOL.

    He will lay in that recliner and do nothing but complain for days now. And when I catch his cold, I will still have to get up and do everything.

    PLEASE let him get better soon!

    I think all men are like that-I know my dh is. If he's sick he turns into a baby-if I'm sick-it's oh it can't be that bad.

    hope you dont get it and his is short lived!

    i have had it for about a week now. now on antibiotics for double ear infection and sinus infection. still not 100% better just yet.

    i did find that excedrin helped more than advil/motrin w/ the headache and facial pain. just an fyi
