    MOVED TO Q&A

    Did it ever happen? This will be our last month with cable/satellite. We watch mostly Netflix or Hulu.com but I wouldn't mind being able to watch the local ABC/NBC/CBS/FOX stations. I live in North Carolina and had a friend up in VA who switched sometime last year - she only gets channels that are in Japanese?

    Do any of you watch the "over-the-air" channels? If so, how do you do it? Do you have a digital converter box, is your TV new enough not to need one? Do you get any good channels?

    We have a TV from February of 2007 - it doesn't as far as I know have an included converter box, so we'd have to purchase one.
