Auntie Em - its a blizzard! It's a blizzard! No, I'm not kidding - it's freaking NASTY out there.
We are going to keep the porch clear and a space for the dogs to go out back clear and that's it.
Work officially closed today. If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

First it was rain and sleet, now it is snow. It seems to be coming down at a steady clip. Forecast is for about another foot. If this keeps up,I'm sure that could happen.

So it started snowing again after lots of sleet. I can't even see my mailbox visibility is so bad. I called out of work. DH called out last night (because he works 3rd shift) and they closed the plant down tonight to. So we both have off tomorrow as well (Thursday is my day off).
I HATE SNOW!!!

We've got districts around here that, on Tuesday, announced they'd be closed all week.
And Ashley, I can't see my mailbox cause it's buried in snow...If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

I agree, the weather patterns are BIZARRE! We have gotten very little snow here in the mountains of western Montana. WHAT A DRAG! BRING IT ON! Of course, everything would run business as usual. Busses may not run for the kids, but you better believe that the schools will be open. I think somebody said that the only time our little school has closed in the last 20 years was during a blizzard when it was 50 below with wind chill, and the power kept flickering out. Glad we probably won't have a lot of days to make up, but shoot, sure would be fun to be nestled in for awhile! Stay warm!

I love snow. Oh...yes I do but I have to agree with you on this one.....NO MORE SNOW!! We have had 3 serious snow blizzards. The one that blew in last friday knocked my power off for 4 1/2 days. I also had to work in the ER 3 nights in a row. So, I stayed in the house freezing cold for 2 days to sleep and of course work at night. I finally got an offer to stay at my cousin's house but I am a day sleeper/night shift worker. How do you tell someone to hold the noise down at their own home???? So, my new boyfriend, who has been a complete gentleman, offered me his home to sleep in while he worked all day. So, I got a couple of hours of sleep. But it isn't my own bed, strange being there and then I had a chance to be in his room for the first time.
Step 1 $207/1500
Step 2 Student loan $160.00 monthly
Schewels paid
Step 3 $252/$15000
Step 4
Step 5 1 child in college graduates 12/12
2 child $50.00
Step 6 $70,761/$93,000
Step 7 Build wealth & give.
