Rhubarb is one of the first signs of spring around here. I may actually be able to put my cold-frame up and get some spinach, leaf lettuce and turnip greens growing by the end of the month. But an April snow storm is always a possibility.

Any reports of spring are always welcome - because spring really is coming - sometimes the flowers are a tease, but spring will be here - just not soon enough for most!!

We haven't seen the ground here in the metro for 50+ days. I am beginning to think spring is a myth.

I keep on digging the plants I have in pots out of the snow. So far the parsley is still hanging in. Yes, parsley from last spring. The pansies are still in bloom also.

I have crocuses blooming. My daffodils are still growing, but they are about 5 inches high. I can't wait until they bloom.

Flowers in February? Not in NE Ohio. Maybe in 2 more months. You're very lucky. Enjoy them while the rest of us try to remember what dirt looks like.
