I bought Green Acres and Addams Family for my husband - he prefers those to anything on TV now, LOL.

When I was little I loved Punky Brewster! I also loved the Care Bears, Teddy Rupskin, Noozles, Fraggle Rock, Rainbow Bright....I guess the shows I remember from the 80's are going to be kids shows LOL.

The cartoons on TV are nothing like those shows anymore Oh, this just made me think of something else (totally unrelated lol.) When my dad used to take me to the movie store when I was little I remember the little metal/paper tags that hung underneath each of the BETA cases that you'd have to take up to the front desk so they could pull the movie for you. No scanners required

Wow, whenever I am home sick or am up late at night anxious about something, a few episodes of happy days on tv land always manage to comfort me.

Dh and I are expecting a baby in september and whenever someone asks us about names we say Fred G. Sanford.

I remember watching several of those shows. Many seemed perfectly fine to me then like "Love Boat" then I watched it as an adult and I was like "that was what they were talking about so definiltly not a kids show"

My daughter age 9 is currently loving wheel of fortune and Home Improvement. She does have a brother however so I think she can relate.
