Default What to do on a Saturday night

Help?! This is the first saturday night I've had off in a long time. What to do? Seriously...I've looked at movies, nothing particularly smashing that I'd like to see, except Shutter Island, but I'd rather wait a week or so to avoid crowds. Any other idears? Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Are you more of a go-er-out-er or a homebody?

Personally, if I had been working every Saturday night and found myself with one off, I'd curl up with a book or snuggle up with some tv. If I didn't have to leave the house, I wouldn't.

If you want to go out, I'd say brave the crowds for Shutter Island. I read the book and it was fantastic!

You could always go bowling, or play pool, or maybe treat yourself to a cup of coffee and a cupcake at a coffeehouse if you'd like to do something quieter.

For the future, in case they actually give you a night off we watch movies on Hulu, play cards, last night we went night sledding which was fun, in the summer we'll go by the park and watch the Little League kids play or just take a walk. Left on my own I'll get a good bath and read it in a bubble bath while sipping wine. Perfection.

I'd probably take a nap, pop some popcorn and watch a dvd, play with my cat, or just plan the rest of my life !!
