    Default Living Trust's by LegalZoom?

    Getting ready to pay $600 to LegalZomm to prepare my living trust. Anyone here use LegalZoom before? What did you think?

    I tried to look at the site but they don't provide a lot of information. Laws about probate really vary from state to state and I would want some assurance that the living trust is going to withstand challenges. Also, if you are doing this for anything related to taxes, you might want to speak with your accountant to see what he/she thinks about it.

    We payed around $350 for both hubby and me for Living trust/will. power of attornery and our wills. You might want to check on a lawyer is trusted in your area or on the board. I would not trust anyone over the net..

    Haven't use that but it sure seems high priced.

    Have you checked w/attorneys in your area for what they would charge. I have never paid more than $300.

    Hope LZ knows the laws for YOUR state.
