    Default I'm back!

    Hello Villagers! I have been going through a lot in my personal life. I separated from my husband six months ago, and we have made the decision to divorce. I completed my Associate's degree in December, after starting college at the age of 45. I am 48 now. And for the first time ever, I got up the nerve to post my very own picture as my avatar!

    I've missed you so much!!!! I guess saying I'm sorry that your marriage didn't work out isn't really a good thing to say?..?..     I am actually working full-time at the college, as an administrative assistant in the Student Financial Aid department. I even have health insurance for the first time in six years!

    I am teaching a "Coupon Class" this month at the college on our "Free College Class Day". One Saturday each spring we offer around 100 free classes to the community at no charge. I taught the coupon class last spring, and it was a hit!

    wow, i am also going through the same thing. i left my husband in August of 2009. but changes are ok. I am 42, and also an Admin Assistant. good luck to you Deb and hang in there !

    I'm glad things are working out for you. I have often wondered what it would be like to "start over" at 43 (my age). I wish you were in my town to teach you coupon class.
