Haven't been on for awhile..

We have been doing some much needed remodeling so I haven't been around much. Also I have been having some unpleasant and painful reactions to my cholesterol meds and of course we are still having problems with sd so it's been hectic around here. We replumbed the house so the leaks stopped, that's always a plus. We got the rest og the paneling in the living room up and I stained the trim yesterday. Thankfully we can do this stuff for the most part ourselves. If we do run into something our sil can help out. We have the bedroom and the bath to d oand the inside will be donw. We have to put in new sheathing, replace the window and do the walls in the bedroom. Have no clue what to do in the bath. I suggested just sanding the enclosure and painting it. If we try and take it off, it's going to pull everything off and we;ll end up with just studding sticking out.Dh wants to turn the upstairs room into his "retirement room" ( he's 42 lol) with trains and stuff but that won't be for another two years when sd is gone....if we last that long. Guess I'll grab some coffee and catch up in the village.

Thanks guys. I really missed being on here but the things needed done. You know...when he says he's going t do it you'd better or wait another few months lol. He isn't that bad but not as punctual as I would like. I'm still not doing any lifting but I am able toget around better to do the normal stuff and the light work to help out. If I could only get that bottom off the oven to clean it I'd be happy.
