Hello from VA...
Hi all - my name is Teresa and I live in VA. I have two daughter 23 & 18. My youngest lives with me and she now has a 5 wk old daughter. My boyfriend has recently moved in with us from WV. So I am the only one in our little house that has an income.
I am not actually new to this site, I joined here several years ago and then lost my links and I stumbled across it again and I had a thought "I think I believe to this place and I tried to log in and lo and behold. I was right.
So I am off on a mission. To learn to be more frugal. Well anything would be more frugal than I am. But since I now am the sole provider in a house of 3 adults and 1 infant. I have really got to find ways to cut corners. My income is barely enough for me to survive on let alone a whole house full.
So any suggestions or stories of things you have done to make it easier to live on one income would be greatly appreciated or if you know of a topic here that would be a great help to me and my situation.
Hugs,
Teresa aka T
