When dh was working it was after he went to work. But, I have always tried to take a bubble bath once a week. It really helps me to unwind.

When my kids are in bed at 9:00 I like to wind down with a good book to read (thats if I'm not trying to beat Michelle
) and I also like to have a quiet time when dh has taken the kids to the library.
