The Appraisal is done!
I pushed through my exhausted and sick state and got my house clean and shiney! My dh did a few repairs too.
The appraiser came today. He asked how much we were hoping for the appraisal to be and said it "looked good" and he would call me in a few days to let me know.
We are hoping for our house to appraise for 96 K. If it does then the refinancing we are doing would give us 37K for a bedroom/bathroom addition. With the mortgage and the "new" money we would still only have 15 yrs to pay (as we do now) and our payments would be close to the same as they are now because the interest rate is so much lower.
I am trying not to get too excited just in case it doesn't work out.Truck paid off 12/07(paid in full)

Orthodontist(paid in full 2/09)
Furniture paid in full 7/10

12/08/10 - Begin diet & exercise program.
Goal #1 - lose 30 lbs, lower blood sugar, blood pressure, & cholesterol - DONE
Goal #2 - lose 5 more pounds to put me in the normal range on the BMI - DONE - 5/13/11
05/16/11 - Down 36 lbs (total) since 12/08/10, under calorie goal almost every day, on treadmill 40 minutes 5 days a week MINIMUM.

Thanks everyone! As for Spring cleaning - there is still plenty I can do (ceiling fans, windows, walls etc....) I'll get back on flylady.net and get those things done on a schedule.

Woot Now stock up on excederin. Remodeling is a headache. Then when it's done and the mess is cleaned. It was a marvelous idea.
