Its official. I am a home owner!!
Finally after many delays, I closed on my house this past Thursday the 15th!! We have been living here since last Friday the 9th though, I paid some rent to live here until the closing. I am almost all unpacked. Of course, I have a leak in my shower and need to call a plumber. My boyfriend and ex-dh tried to fix the leak but the stem is rusted and worn and won't come out with a seat wrench. So, I am not taking any chances to fix this on our own! I cannot believe how much room we have here! I went from a 800-something sq. ft mobile home to a 1450 sq ft house with a huge garage and shed. I have a lot of extra room. The kids love having their own rooms. We are all just glad the closing finally happened. It seemed like it would never happen!
