Some "silly" science.
What does your sleep position reveal about your personality? - Healthy Living on Shine
"We are all aware of our body language when we are awake but this is the first time we have been able to see what our subconscious posture says about us," Idzikowski said. "What's interesting is that the profile behind the posture is often very different from what we would expect."
There are pics of the different positions and a brief description of their profiles. Very funny.

I thrash about. My husband tells me so. I'm likely to wake up on my side, back or stomach.

I purposely sleep on my back because that position discourages wrinkles on your face, but have the yearner personality traits, and occasionally lapse into that position. At 57 you'll notice these things (wrinkles)..... (LOL)!
Sleeping on your side, you'll start to see your upper lip get a deep crease, as well as your eye closest to the pillow get a crease in it from the skin sagging while sleeping. Sleeping on your back will help gravity work FOR you by drawing your skin smoothly and evenly downward. I heard a doctor talk about this and he gave this helpful hint about how to avoid wrinkles by sleeping on your back.

Yup, Grainlady, I have been trying to be more of a solider because of wrinkles. I would prefer being a freefaller.

Good point Ceashels. Maybe I should sleep standing on my head so gravity pulls everything in the right direction.
