WOW!!!! That's awesome!!!

Could you imagine if everyone was active posters???? Now I gotta wonder are we still a village or are we approaching:
Frugality City
cit·y (st)
1. A center of population, commerce, and culture; a town of significant size and importance.
or maybe Frugal Metropolis
Main Entry: me·trop·o·lis
3 a : a city regarded as a center of a specified activity
Anyhow, Congratulations Sara and Gabe on building a great community.

No matter how hard I try to scare people off they keep coming!
Must...try...harder...
Curmudgeon powers, MAXIMIZE!If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

Hmm. First I was going to say that I don't count the minions who never even try to assault the castle, but that's a valid point. I can really up my "greebo scared them away" numbers if I put up a false front of gingerbread and candy first - cause then when they run screaming, they'll be on record as having been here first...
GOOD thinking, Russ. You may leave your cage for an extra 10 minutes today. If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

25,000 members. That is a lot. I know I love it here and tell everyone about it. Thank you for creating this wonderful place for like minded people to chat and compare notes. Everyone has been friendly and helpful and I look forward to coming to the Village. What about having a local Frugal Village picnic this Summer? People who live near each other could get together and post pictures and money saving recipes that they bring to share. Could be fun. Anyone interested?
