My Ds likes them. We bought all of his at the thrift stores for between .59 and 2.99. Savers and the mission thrift stores were where we lucked out.

I haven't seen them worn since the late 80's when really big hair was "in."

Great question SOOS - and I have to admit it took me awhile to figure out what your question was about - haven't seen any ties in many years!!
Good luck in finding them!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Aah! The 80's! I loved that time! I had a couple of those skinny ties...actually I think that I just got rid of a black one recently that I had...yep, I'd kept it all these years...good times! Good luck finding them though! I didn't know that they had come back "in".

Wait a second, skinny ties are in again? So does that mean that wide ties were in again and I missed it? So, with my I wardrobe of wide ties from way back, I could have been the height of fashion? Darn! I guess there's a reason I don't wear ties any more!

Ds has had good luck finding some of the 80's retro stuff quite reasonably at Rue21. Do you have one of those??? He got me the cutest hello kitty pj's for $3 .
Our mall is quite far away but when I do go I like window shopping to get ideas on how to put outfits together. Then hit the .99 tag sale at the thrift store
