My Frugal Dd is Home!!!
Dd came home last night from her trip to Canada...she loved it so much up there, she's wanting to go to school there
This trip was a wonderful experience for both of us...I am so glad that she went.
I had to smile...all of those years that she went shopping w/me when she was a kid rubbed off on her.lol...while on her trip, she bought some things for us...she bought 2 of her sisters a big bottle of fragrance each...& with them, she got a bottle of shower gel for free
Shower gel is a luxury at our house (.25 bar soap works for us
).....she gave me the shower gel b/c she knew I would like it & I would like it more that she got it for free.lol
Right now, we are being entertained by her stories of her vacation...she did all of the planning and she saved every penny she could to accomplish her dream...we're very proud of her

Sounds like she had a great time. I'm glad she is safely home and that she continued her frugal ways, even while on vacation.

Your babygirl is going a wonderful job of growing up and spreading those wings. You, as her Mom, did some growing too. Happy for you both!
