Default Dec 21, 2012 - The End of the World (Oh brother...)

Debunking 2012 with logic: Neil deGrasse Tyson. [VIDEO]

Fair warning, a bit more than 2 years in advance - anyone seriously positing Dec 21, 2012 as the end of the world, based on the Mayans, or gravitational alignments, or anything else...

I'm sending THIS GUY to your house and video taping it!
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

His accuracy is a little wanting.

And though I don't believe there will be great catastrophe, I still would like to add a hand powered grain mill along with a store of whole grains not for a dire emergency, but because self sufficiency is just so darn kewl.

Greebo, that video is purely awesome. It's ironically the first thing I've seen where anyone uses any form of logic to disprove 50 million websites wrong.
