    Default Lucy's...I'm home!

    Hey everyone, I'm back from a 2 month break. Not by choice mind you but by circumstances. We had my DSS and his girlfriend staying with us for 6 weeks while they got jobs and a place to live in nearest town. I will say if they ever need a place to stay again, there are such things as motels!! DSS was not a problem, but that girl was a different story, one that would mean writing a few volumes and I don't have that much patience. I even had a week that I had to work 5 12 hour days since the 3rd shift girl went on vacation. I didn't have time to talk to myself let alone spend time here. It will take me a few weeks to catch up probably, but I'll give it a good try. I missed you all and I hope to never have to leave again, unless God sees fit to take me home for good.

    Goal #1 - lose 30 lbs, lower blood sugar, blood pressure, & cholesterol - DONE
    Goal #2 - lose 5 more pounds to put me in the normal range on the BMI - DONE - 5/13/11

    05/16/11 - Down 36 lbs (total) since 12/08/10, under calorie goal almost every day, on treadmill 40 minutes 5 days a week MINIMUM.
