We were the recipeints of a RAOK!
Last night for Fathers Day hubby wanted to go to a chinese buffet. There is this really nice place about 30 minutes from here, so we loaded up the family truckster and headed out about 6:00. Buffets are always kind of a challenge due to our son with eating issues. We usually convince the restaurant to let him either eat for free or or reduced. Last night they let him eat for a 5 year old price (5.00). Our bill was around 50.00 for our family.......
So, we were beginning to wind down our meal and our waitress came to our table with the fortune cookies and told us that our bill had been taken care of. Taken care of, we asked? She told us that the couple that had been sitting behind us had paid for our bill and then left. !!!!!!!!
We were speechless!! This lovely couple, that we barely even noticed paid for our supper!!!!! We couldn't even thank them, they had left long ago. WOW!!
I can't stop praying that God will rain down his blessings on this family that I will never be able to say thank you to.
It totally changed our whole day... we just sat there, thanking God, and thanking these people (who we will never get a chance to say thank you to).
I've done this before, like paying for the car behind me in the drive thru, but not lately......we will definitley be watching for our chance to pay it forward.
(we looked around to pay for a table last night after ours was paid for, but there were only large parties at that time.... so we will be keeping our eyes open!)
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!?!?! WOW!!!!

I believe God sent these people to pay you back for helping others(drive-thru).
Congrats to the whole family and what a great lesson in kindness for the children to witness. Maybe the kids were the motivation.
