Default hilarious neiman marcus advertising on the frugal village website

i find it amusing! the irony!
    11% gross to retirement
10% takehome to tithe and offerings
emergency fund maintained at 3000(works for me)
    credit card debt 7500
    mortgage free
freedom accounts/sinking funds that ebb and flow
    then live on the rest!

i am trying something new. LDS church advises savings or debt repayment should be the same as the tithe. 10% each.

Hey...you never know when we might fall off the wagon and want a real shopping spree!! NOT!!

And once in a GREAT WHILE---depending on the ingredients---I will try something prepackaged. More so in the summer than other times.

One of my friends calls NM "Needless Markup" - she shops there anyway! Not a frugal friend, I'm afraid!
