We found a house!
Made an offer last night, they countered today and we accepted. We didn't find out until this afternoon that they had another party interested, so we were very lucky that they chose us. Apparently we got the edge because they need time to build a new house and we were able to offer a long closing.
Inspections and what not have to be done in the next 10 days, and if all goes well we take possession in mid Sept. The house is very well cared for, but of course I have many projects planned already anyway.
I only have pictures off of the listing page, so they are pretty small. This one is the view from the living room window and the only one that really matters
