Question Is there something you've purchased and you

Regretted it the minute you did and couldn't turn back.

We purchased 1 acre of land miles from the city with nothing there and the minute we signed the final papers, I've regretted it. We still own that piece of land and have had no success in selling it.

    How about you?

The van we traded in (fianlly) on this car.
It was over priced but we were desperate, my truck had totally died, and stupid us we had no savings to fix it with, It would have cost the same as the van but the van was on time ($200 per mp)

Heaven,I did that myself the first go around. A little voice inside of me said what the heck did you just do? I started crying... definitely tears of regret.
After a year he crashed our car into a phone pole after drinking. He didn't seem to care that someone could have been hurt and thought that he didn't have a problem. I had a problem with that so I divorced him. Glad we didn't have kids. Live & learn.

Yes, I've bought things and then immediately had buyer's remorse. The most recent example of this is the tv that Dave bought me for my birthday.

I have had that a few times myself- Like Heaven and Darlene- in my first marriage- and again when buying several new cars- Oh yes, I cannot neglect remorse about getting too high a mortgage either, and not listening to my gut, which I deeply regret!

the duplex. The rental market tanked along with the real estate market. There is a purpose in all things, even this, although it's one I kick myself for regularly. Wish oh I wish wish wish I hadn't.

I regret ever buying our boat.....I wish we could sell it.

I'm sure there's been other things but nothing that cost this much.

Ugh, we bought a huge humidifier/air conditioner three years ago....it was so hot, record temps in the hundreds for two weeks. The store was completely out of a/c units so we spent $200 on this stupid thing that we're still hauling around and can't afford to replace, only it doesn't really cool off, only makes the room slightly humid and windy.

still kicking ourselves over that purchase.

2 cars that we couldn't afford. They helped drive us into bankruptcy. Live and learn, for sure.
