    I'm sorry Brenda. My mom passed away 6 years ago on July 18th. The pain eased over time, but I think of her everyday and miss her so much. Hugs to you.

    It is so hard to lose the ones we love, but I think losing our moms is one of the hardest. My heart goes out to you. I lost my mom 3 yrs ago, June 28th, and ya know, I still go to pick up the phone to call her. There's a part of our childhood that gets lost when our mothers die, but there's also no memories that can be made together the same way with anybody else either. I hope you think about those times, today especially, and it comforts you. If you have kids of your own, I can tell you from my own experience that it really helps to talk about your mom to them. I always say I'm going to start a memory book. I think writing has a soothing affect also.
