Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

the bottom room isthe living room, the hallway is tiny (3x5) and the top right is the bedroom in question

My plan is run a chalkline down the center of the hallway into both rooms. The laminate in question is 8" by about 47" (IKEA | Flooring | Laminated floors | SLÄTTEN | Floor, click-lock function) so i figure if I come in 16" off the bedroom wall and hall wall into the hallway and base my straight line off that, then in the LR I'm doing 2 rip cuts and in the BR and hall I'm only doing one

Whoaaa! I know this wasn't for me, but.....yeah, so now you know I'm nosey But thanks for the heads-up on the $.65 sq. ft. laminate. I've never seen it THAT low! Now...if I can just get my hubby to.....

Guess you're doing a little remodelling there. I hope you can show us the finished project. I'm sure it's gonna look great!

It's one of our rental units. We just evicted the tenant, time to fix up the place.
