    Smile New Mommy on the Block

    Hello! We're new here and excited to learn/share some new things in relation to healthy living and frugality. My husband and I recently watched Food Inc together and even though we have already been buying from Farmer's Markets and a few organic products, we were shocked by what we did not know and we feel its time to get more serious. However, we are a military family on a budget and looking for ways to live healthier without breaking our budget. Soo...
