    Oh Russ, at this moment you are the coolest. I told DH furnace was still on and he said NO and I believed him. We are getting a new H.W. heater and dishwasher this year and a furnce next. Fortunately, windows are newer and insulatio meets or exceeds. (guy from Detroit Edison built the house).

    If we're talking furnaces and hot water heaters, shouldn't you be saying Russ is hawt?
