If you could change one thing about yourself...
If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be? It can be a nose or boob job or it can be to change something spiritually, emotionally etc. What would that one thing be.
Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.

Gosh I can't pick one! Smaller breast or being smarter. Guess I'll have to go with smarter because if I was a genius I would invent something terrific to pay for the breast reduction!

I want long dark natural eyelashes. Ya know it irritates me when I see a guy with beautiful eyelashes and I have to put three coats of mascara on for them to show up!

I would not be diabetic and not have abdominal abscesses. Being in the hospital for ten or more days at a time really stinks.

I have always wanted *good* skin. I have terrible skin and acne....and it effects my life in a very negative way. I can't wear anything I consider *normal* or feminine because of scars/acne on my back and chest.....still.

hmmmm appearance wise - bigger boobs would be nice - just look nicer in some styles and some how you can get away with extra wt when the boobs are there to hide the belly a bit .... but i would probably not be use to them and be banging them into doorways etc like right after i had my kids ( OUcH ) lol !!! but if they were always there i guess that wouldnt be an issue lol.
personality wise- not be so trusting and naive when i was younger ..it led to a few happenings that have made me a bit non trusting and cynical as an adult.*~Debbi~*

On a "self" level, I wish I could erase the feeling of impending doom I feel so often. Paranoia?
And since you asked...on a physical appearance level, I wish my eyelashes would have grown back better after my chemo. BUT!!!! I shouldn't complain, because I don't have a trace of hair on my legs or underarms, and I got a headful of thick, curly hair.
But of course, that's just "vanity" speaking, and after all, it really doesn't count for much in the end, does it? But none-the-less, I did buy myself a set of false eyelashes, just haven't worn them yet.
But in all honesty...after all is said and done, I just want to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit. 'Tis a work in progress for all of us, isn't it?
