Thread: Sick of company.

We rarely have company. We live in a large rural county and all of our friends and family live at least 45 minutes away. We do have a party or get together every now and then but we just don't get regular company.
For the kids friends we have been planning monthly get togethers for them. Dd graduated in May so most of her friends are scattered around going to college so we have a little something here once a month or so for them to get together and we allow ds to invite a couple of his friends too.

We just had a baby. They NEVER stop coming over. We literally have to announce -- on Twitter, Facebook, and via emails -- that we're having an "us" weekend and don't want any family over.

Russ, I put something on your FB page in reference to this thread but removed it after I realized (Doofus that I am) that some of the company you're talking about are probably your FB friends. Duh!
