I Hate Having to Use the Dryer
I know that we need the rain...but I really hate having to use the dryer- especially in the summer when we already have to use the AC.I cringe at the thought of a higher electric bill

Just wondering if you have the space to hang dry clothes indoors? OR if you have lower rate hydro at night - are you able to dry the clothes then? I know you have a lot of lil ones.

Not only do I have to use the dryer, but if I don't take them upstairs as soon as they are done I have to put them back in and dry them again. It's so humid here this week that nothing dries.

Sorry... I hate that. I didn't do laundry for a few days because it was rainy. It is supposed to clear up this afternoon and I am doing tons of laundry. I got spoiled by it being sunny for so long.

~I hate using the dryer too but now we have to. Dd's allergies have gotten worse every year and this year we decided to machine dry exclusively. *sigh* ~

I can only do laundry on the weekends. So if it rains or too humid I have to use the dryer or I will hang clothes on the drying racks to dry underneath my ceiling fan and will dry in a about a day. But I do hate using the dryer and seeing how much propane it uses.

We try to only use the dryer for towels and sheets. I did break down and use the dryer yesterday because of the weather.

I did too, until I got my new HE washer. It spins at over 800 RPM and there isn't much water left in them. I can actually dry a load and hang/fold it before the next load is out of the washer.

I'm gonna have to use the dryer, today, also. It's been raining off and on....
and besides which---I apparently have the power to make it rain---because every time I hang laundry out, I make a perfectly clear sunny day turn cloudy and rainy.
It's terrible to have such power.....
