I have always loved Trivial Pursuit.

My family played it lots when I was a teenager - lots of fun times and inside family jokes were formed over that game - we still laugh about them now.....

(**SQUIRELL** ---- see, that's funny to me!)

Thank you!! I have been racking my brain trying to think of what 'that boat game' was called We used to play that in the car on long rides. We'd put the game on the cardboard tray that the 24ct cans of pop would come in so we didnt losae pieces during sudden turns & stops.

Scrabble is my all time favorite. When DD and my sisters were all around we played Scrabble,Life,or Monopoly every Sunday night. Canasta is the only card game I used to know. No one to play it with now so forgot how.I also like to play Phase 10.
DH is not the board game player and not many of my friends are either so I don't get to play often.
When we were snowed in this winter,DH and I did a jigsaw puzzle.A friend gave us a 1500 piece puzzle when he moved in July.He said that he will be looking for picures of the finished product. So,I am going to have to plan a puzzle party with someone.

I grew up with 5 brothers and sisters so we always had a ton of games to keep us out of trouble(until my older brother started cheating). My favorite was Clue, I love Logic puzzles. I also loved Go To The Head Of The Class, Careers, Payday, and Life. As for today I guess I'd have to pick Risk. DH usually wins but I sometimes whip his tail.
