    Default Reintroducing myself after MIA for 5 years!!!

    Hiya!
    I'm Amanda! I started coming to Frugal Village when they first got started way back in 2001 and 2002. My life has completely changed since then. I went from being a stay at home mom to a single working 2 jobs mom. Then to a broke mom who couldn't afford an attorney and lost my 2 children to their father who has kept them from me since 2008. This I definately did not deserve. But money talks. I suffered from depression from the loss of my children and from being in an abusive relationship..November of last year I left my abusive ex and moved back home to Kansas. Since moving here I have reconnected with my family,unfortunatly not my kids(I'm hoping to see them in NOV). I have made great friends and have a great support system. I currently live with my BF who is an ex-marine and is absolutely wonderful. Together we have 5 kids. I am currently a premed student. And enjoying this new adventure in my life. I have always been frugal..a lot of the times out of neccessity. But now that I'm not working and have some spare time after homework I figured what would it hurt to come back and say hi and reconnect with my penny pinching friends.
