    Talking Overtime overtime overtime!

Dh finished his 2 days of orientation at his new job and they informed him that they are working 60 hours a week to be able to open by November 15th! That means ALOT of overtime and we are gonna take full advantage of it! This job has been an answer to our prayers so far. The company seems to really care about their employees and prove it through benefits. They even get lunch provided free if they work more than a 6 hour shift! Its not gonna be easy to have him gone so much but the relief we will have to get some extra bills paid off and car repairs done will be worth it for sure!

That sounds really great. He'll be really tired, but it's not forever. I agree, take full advantage of it. It's a great opportunity. Finding a good company to work for is something to treasure these days.

TANSTAAFL - but a nice gesture.
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

ok so the free lunch thing.....they actually give employees a credit of $3 a day for lunch. It doesnt sound like much but if he eats at the employee cafateria then it is enough for his whole lunch. He is way excited about it,lol.
