Have you ever done????
When you have told your kids not to do something, have you ever done it when they are not around?
Example...STOP spinning in that computer chair.........and then when they are not around you do it.

I've told them not to talk on their cell while driving, then done it myself.....seldom though.
Told them to keep their hands far away form the mixer while it's going, but I get my hands too close all the time.
Preached anti-procrastination to them, while I'm the biggest procrastinator I know.
All kinds of stuff like that.______

I have told grandkids to stop spinning in my computer chair and have done it my self.I always lick the yogurt lid when you are a compulase eater you always want to get every bite.When i was young and working i wasn't a compulase procrator but boy i am now.
