Default It has been a rough week

I'm sure it is all normal life stuff but just harder to take when you are sick and it feels like everyone else is enjoying festive parties.

It started can't wait 'til payday watch what you spend week sort of thing.

The Hubby starts passing a kidney stone and he is out of strong pain med. We were able to skip the ER as the doc office was open. He gets meds and passes the stone.

Then we all (me hubby kids) caught a cold the kind were it feels like you are turning your lungs inside out when you cough.

Miss most of the Christmas fun and parties as most were this week/weekend.

We get a property tax bill due by end of month and a notice that trip money is due Monday (not in bad in itself but hard to take when you are sick and feeling broke)

Everyone was back to work and school today and our vechicle starts coughing and service engine light comes on. ( $400 to $40 estimate depending on what really needs replacing) It will have to stay over night for its offical check up to see why it is sucking in air as they need to check it when it is cold. This is hard when you are a one car family. So we are going to drive to mom's town and she is going to lend us a vehicle.

Things will be looking up soon I hope

I was sick last week and haven't had any over time in two weeks so I am also feeling the watch what you spend until payday crunch.

its humbling to say the least.

    I hope everyone feels better!

Was thinking the same thing. So sorry , about the rough week. Things always seem darkest before the dawn. Keep your chin up and hope things are better real soon.

In spite of it being such a sucky challenging time, I am so impressed that you are able to still keep it in perspective. Hope all of your health issues keep on the upswing!! A kidney stone for me was worse than childbirth. Hugs, prayers and aloha for that light at the end of the tunnel move much closer to your grasp!!

Ouch.......I hope things will level out soon as you have just had enough for awhile. Sorry all this has happened. And being sick at this time of year is the pits, on top of everything else.

Take care of yourself............get well........hugs to you.
