What a bad
day. It started out ok. My 15 yo grandson had a tournament today for wrestling. He had 4 matches. The first 2 he won. The 3rd one he was on the bottem and when he went to stand, everyone heard a loud pop and down he went. Well he fractured his knee, tore his misdisuc. Hes looking at surgery. on his misdicus. Right now he is in a soft cast until the swelling goes down. Right now its 3 times the size when it is normal. Hes out for the season........

Ouch Fern - am so sorry to hear that - did he fracture his knee cap. Think he may have torn his maniscus the suregery for that is okay and will help the pain tremendously - arthoscopic so it''s usually just three small holes. Recovery is physical therapy - had it done ten years ago. Now about that fracture - please let us know more.
What a terrible time to have this happen - and he's doing so well!! Sending prayers, hugs and aloha to see all of you through this time - keep u s updated please.Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.
